Description
Available in 5 standard colours, the M3 Anti-flood Airbrick is the world’s first BSI Kitemark™ certified airbrick to protect against flooding. (PAS 1188-1:2014)
Each airbrick is a straight replacement for a single clay airbrick co-ordinating size 225mm by 75mm.
The airbrick can be fitted by any competent builder.

Specification:
TECHNICAL
The brick is constructed from durable materials, e.g. recycled polypropylene co-polymer with UV stabilisers against deterioration and silicone sponge. Silicone sponge has been approved by the WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Service). The Airbrick has an excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation, ultraviolet light, corona discharge, cosmic radiation, ionising temperature of -20° to 120°.
The product has a minimum geometric open area of 2400mm2 and, therefore, can contribute to meeting the ventilation opening requirements of 1500mm2 run of opposing walls or 500mm per m of floor area for suspended ground floors, whichever is greater, and 500mm per m for wall cavities.
The product, therefore, can be used to meet the relevant requirements of the national Building Regulations and home warranty providers.
CONSTRUCTION
Made of recycled polypropylene. Available in standard terracotta, engineer blue, buff and other colours available subject to a minimum order level.

BSI Kitemark licensed product (KM563624). Passed the rigorous testing criteria of PAS 1188-1:2014.
